Paso A Paso Tempranillo
From the hand harvested Tempranillo grapes selected from the best vines to be found in La Mancha to the hands-on diligence of the wine maker, Paso A Paso receives the extra care and attention that a fine wine deserves. Careful vineyard selections, long, slow fermentation and maceration followed by gentle aging for six months in French oak combine to create a wine with the optimum balance of fruit, spices, and robust aromas. The wine compliments many dishes from winter hearty stews to barbecues.
Purple Cowboy Tenacious Red
This is a terrific blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from the Central Coast of California. It has a great berry taste with hints of chocolate. It goes great with all the beef and pork dishes you can imagine including barbecued Tri-tip, chili beans, garlic bread, and a green salad.
Chateau Doyac Haut Medoc
This is a Bordeaux Red Blends wine from France. It has an intense purple color that gives a fruity bouquet with red fruits and light vanilla notes. There are flavors of red cherry, cedar, and box tree. The tannins are silky. Full bodied with good structure, balance and nice long finish. Perhaps the best value in Medoc wines today.
Another !@#% Merlot
It comes in the most unique bottle around, with a slanted bottom. The wine comes from southern Oregon and is a deep, rich wine that pleases the palate of any Big Red drinker.
