Here we are approaching the end of the year. This will be the last wine blog for the year. There will be plenty of wine to taste and write about in 2009 and I can’t wait.
I wanted to take a few minutes to thank all the folks at PFI and the Diamond Ridge Market for making 2008 so special for me.
First, I want to thank Randy Little and his daughter, Cortney, for giving me a shot at letting me start this blog, the wine newsletter and the wine club. I am really happy to see people start to take notice of what we’re doing and hope to see the club and everything about it do even bigger and better things in 2009.
I also want to give big thanks to Tyler and Susan at the market. Susan is just a great hostess and helper at the market and especially at the club meetings. She’s friendly, helpful and always there when we need her. I’ve been around wine for a long time and Tyler is one of the best experts I’ve come across. If you have any wine needs or questions, stop by and see Tyler. He can fix you up.
Well, that does it for 2008. If you’re in need of wine for the holidays, stop by the shop and let the folks there take care of you.
Happy New Year.
Steve
