The used items that we sell are not guaranteed for any specific strength or application and you are using these items at your own risk. Responsibility for using any of the used items we sell rests solely with the user. Carefully examine all the equipment you are using for breaks, cracks or signs of stress that would not be structurally safe, and/or obtain the advice of a veterinarian, farrier or professional trainer when participating in equine activities or using equine products.
All buyers of used saddles have seven days, from time of arrival, to determine whether the saddle is structurally sound before using it in an equine or any other activity. If the buyer finds the saddle to not be sound, for any reason, they can send it back for a full refund of the purchase price, assuming the saddle is in the same shape as it left the store. Since we have no control over the use or misuse of the products we sell, we assume no liability connected with their use or misuse. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use any of our used products.
