We made the trip to Hermann Saturday for the annual Chocolate Trail that the wineries put on. Six wineries offered chocolate-based desserts and the appropriate wine pairing for visitors who paid $30 each for the festival. The annual Chocolate Wine Trail will be held Saturday & Sunday, Feb. 21 & 22 in Hermann, Mo., Seven local wineries offer chocolate creations paired with wine.
