How to Enter/Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the PFI BootDaddy Boot A Day Give Away, you must reside in the continental US (48 states). You may also be eligible if you are outside the US and have an address in the US 48 states you can ship the Grand Prize to. Register to win by entering your information on one of the registration forms either on our website or Facebook. To be eligible you must complete all required information on the registration form given at time of registration, which includes:name, phone number, address, city, state, zip, and email address on entry form provided. Employees of PFI Western, Double H, Ariat, Tony Lama, Justin, Nocona, Durango, Dan Post, Corral, Anderson Bean, Lucchese, and their affiliates as well as advertising/promotion agencies and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible.
Contest Entries: Your entry is not eligible if it is late, illegible, misaddressed, or otherwise misdirected. Each person may enter once per day at PFI Western Store in Springfield, Missouri, on the PFI website’s contest page, or by liking and sharing the contest on the PFI Western Store, Saddle City, or BootDaddy Facebook Page. The contest begins August 1, 2015 and ends December 31, 2015. All internet entries from the PFI Western website or Facebook must be received by 11:59 pm on December 31, 2015 CST.
Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of: one pair of men’s or women’s manufacturer sponsored boots that is being given away the day the winner's name is drawn, valued up to $200 ($499 for Lucchese). The winner is only responsible for paying shipping and handling fees and sales tax if in the state of Missouri.
Drawing Winners: Winners will be selected by random drawing each day during the contest, August 1 through December 31, 2015, from all received eligible entries of the BootDaddy Boot A Day Give Away. Each day Monday – Friday and Monday for weekend winners during the contest dates, August 1 to December 31 of 2015, a winner will be selected and One (1) GRAND PRIZE will be awarded to selected winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received pursuant to this contest offer. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. PFI Western may, at their sole discretion, change the dates of the GRAND PRIZE event. All federal, state and local sales taxes and shipping on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted without Sponsors' permission or where required by law. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. All federal, state and local laws apply.
Claiming Prizes/Releases: Potential prize winners will be notified by email or phone each day in the morning and be directed to go to the website’s brand category pages to access the listings of men's, women's or kid's manufacturer sponsored boots and then select their choice on manufacturer sponsored men's, women's or kid's boots valued up to $200 ($499 for Lucchese). The winner is required to reply to the winner notification email or phone call with the style number, description and size of boot, and mailing address. The boot will be shipped from PFI Western Store or directly from the manufacturer to the winner. Expected delivery time for winner to receive prize is 2 – 4 weeks from the date the winner replies to the winner’s notification with boot selection. It is possible that a specific size may be out of stock and take longer than 4 weeks to deliver. If this occurs, the winner will be notified and have the option to select a different style. If the winner receives a boot and the size does not fit, winner must contact PFI Western Customer service at 1-800-222-4734 to set up an exchange order. Potential winner will be required to claim his or her prize within three (3) days of notification. If contact cannot be made within three (3) days of notification, the winner will have waived any claim to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person who was assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winners may be requested to provide proof to Sponsor that they are the applicable authorized account holder. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Sponsor not responsible for: (i) electronic transmissions that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, or misdirected, (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation of transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, or (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not executed as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or if this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the original end date, Sponsor will select winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with the entry process or who enters using any automatic or programmed entry duplication method. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR OTHERWISE CORRUPT THE INTERNET PORTION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
