Exchange and Return Policy:
PFI Western Store is committed to making sure that you
are satisfied with your order! You can exchange or return any merchandise, within 120 days of your purchase, as long as:
Product has original tags.
Product has not been worn, laundered or altered from its original condition.
PFI's Exchange and Return form has been completed.
Reimbursement will be made by the original method of
payment.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Your package should be insured and freight
prepaid.

PFI Saddle Return Policy:
New saddles may be returned for a full credit refund, excluding shipping charges and insurance, within 30
days.
We do encourage riding a new saddle for at least 2-4 hours to ensure that it fits the horse and rider.
Saddle must be returned in new condition and must be returned with no damage.
