Requests for overnight delivery:
Please contact PFI at 1-800-222-4734 and ask for
the
Internet Department. Packages only ship Monday-Friday (minus holidays).
Refund and Return Policy:
PFI Western Store is committed to making sure that you
are satisfied with your order! You can exchange or return any merchandise, within 180 days of your
purchase, as long as it has not been worn, product has original tags, a copy of your receipt is enclosed, and
there is a brief note explaining the situation. Reimbursement will be made by the original method of
payment. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Your package should be insured and freight
prepaid. Please send all returns to:

PFI Saddle Return Policy:
New saddles may be returned for a full credit refund (excluding shipping charges and insurance within 30
days.) We do encourage riding a new saddle for at least 2-4 hours to ensure that it fits the horse and rider.
Saddle must be returned in new condition and must be returned with no damage. A re-stocking fee will be
charged accordingly.
