PFI is Missouri\’s Largest Western Store and America\’s premier western clothier. We offer a large slection of western clothing, western belts, buckles, western gifts and lifestyle items! In our cowboy boot section we carry a wide slection of work boots, riding boots, basic dress boots, exotics and unique handcrafted styles of cowboy boots. We have a large slections of sales and tack online and stock over 800 saddles in stock at our western store location.

Free Shipping Information
Orders totaling $150 or more before sales tax is applied will receiving free ground shipping. Excluded in this offer are all international orders and orders for saddles and any wine or other alcoholic beverage.

When you place an order with PFI, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that we have received your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). If you have any service related questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at orders@pfiwestern.com.
Shipping Information: On Monday-Friday orders received before 1 pm (CST) are shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm will be shipped the following day. Orders will be sent ground service in the continental United States unless you paid for priority shipping. For International and orders outside the 48 states we will send a shippig quote to the email address you entered on your order. The order will be processed after you have approved the shipping quote by email reply. These type orders will be sent using United States Postal Office, DHL or UPS depending on which service is more economical and provide ths best delivery service to your location. Please contact PFI at 1-800-222-4734 and ask for the Internet Department. Packages only ship Monday-Friday (not including holidays).
Refund and Return Policy
PFI Western Store is committed to making sure that you are satisfied with your order! You can exchange or return any merchandise, within 180 days of your purchase, as long as it has not been worn, product has original tags, a copy of your receipt is enclosed, and there is a brief note explaining the situation. Reimbursement will be made by the original method of payment. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Your package should be insured and freight prepaid. Please send all returns to:

PFI Saddle Return Policy:
New saddles may be returned for a full credit refund (excluding shipping charges and insurance within 30 days.) We do encourage riding a new saddle for at least 2-4 hours to ensure that it fits the horse and rider. Saddle must be returned in new condition and must be returned with no damage. A re-stocking fee will be charged accordingly.
