I really like the idea of videos on your website to help feature the products and to provide additional information that a flat photo/text can’t provide. This particular video doesn’t provide any real information, though. The title is “Tack Tip – Saddle Care” makes one expect they’re going to get some tips on taking care of your saddle. You don’t (beyond clicking on the “Tack” button to find on the website). We can figure that out without the video. It would have been much more helpful to actually talk about and demo a few of the products.

I am so glad I found Saddle city online cause they have great prices and I plan on doing some Christmas shopping here. I like to get my husband supplies to for his stocking lol, I think I am going to get him some Leather New!!!

wow!! you guys just saved my tack!!! I have been hopelessly looking for information about tack cleaning supplies, but everyone at my stable uses synthetic….I am SOOOOO glad you posted such a helpful, inspiring, perfect video!! I am sure we can all learn from this one!!!
