Pricing Policies

• IMAP Pricing: Some of our manufactures require us to price products based on IMAP pricing which means "Internet Minimum Advertised Price". these are set prices minimum prices that we are required to sell their products for and is a policy violation to for PFI Western stores to sell their products below these minimum prices
• Sale Prices: For products purchased by customers on a specific date that may later go on sale PFI Western Store is not responsible for refunding the difference between the purchase price and the sale price. However with our Norton's Shopping Guarantee you as a customer are protected for 30 days and can file a claim with Norton's Shopping Guarantee and receive the difference between your purchase price and the sale. This excludes Black Friday and Flash Sale pricing.
• Price Errors: PFI Western Stores Inc is not responsible for selling products at prices that in error caused by website software updates or human error, or other 3rd party selling channels like Google Shopping, Amazon, Ebay and other online selling channels. Several times per year we receive new software updates from our software vendors and could impact the integrity of pricing and other product information. These issues are usually resolved quickly and have minimal impact but occasionally can take more time to resolve. These issues are not intentional and are not within in our control. Any orders placed within in these time window that pricing errors occur PFI is not bound to sell it's products for price errors caused by our third party vendors.
• Group Discounts Military - We provide some discounts to groups or military personnel. We are unable to offer some of these discounts online in our checkout as there is now way to validate a military ID in the checkout process. You can place an phone order and email an image of your milltary ID to [email protected]. Pricing on Group or military disounts are 10% off regular price or sale price which ever is cheaper. We do not offer 10% off the sale price of major sales events like Black Friday, Annual Tent Sale, Bandanna Boot Sale or other major sales events. Just off of our everyday sale price.
