Free and Promotional Shipping Offer Information
For free shipping promotions, or on orders totaling $75 or more before sales tax is applied where the ship to address is within the contiguous 48 states (Excludes Alaska & Hawaii) will receive free economy ground shipping (5-8 business days depending on your location).
Excluded in these shipping offers are all orders where the shipping address is international, APO/FPO, or non-contiguous US locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders for saddles, wine or other alcoholic beverage, and oversized orders are not eligible for free or discounted shipping. Offer is not valid on previous purchases. This promotional offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. Our free shipping offer is limited to in-stock items only.
Free In-Store Pickup
PFI Western is not responsible for delivered packages that have been picked up without your approval or potentially stolen. In the scenario that your package's tracking number confirms a delivery by the shipping company and cannot be located, the best course of action is to contact the shipping company and open an investigation. PFI Western is not responsible to reimburse a missing package.

International Shipping
"Factory Direct Ship" items are sent directly to you from the manufacturer. Factory Direct Ship items are shipped via ground services and take an estimated 6-14 days for delivery. You can select 2 or 3-day shipping, but PFI Western is unable to control the exact day the manufacturer ships your order, so these delivery times are not guaranteed and are non-refundable.
Shipping Saddles
All of our saddles are shipped UPS Ground unless the customer requests a different method of shipping. Saddles are packaged in a sturdy saddle box and insured for the purchase price. The price to ship a saddle UPS Ground is $42 - $45 in the contiguous 48 states. If you wish to have your saddle shipped by another carrier besides UPS, or outside the contiguous 48 states or international please contact our customer service department at 1-800-222-4734 for a quote.
We do have rush shipping methods available for saddles price and options are displayed in checkout.
Oversized / Bulk / Heavy Orders
Orders containing large quantities and/or bulky or heavy items require additional shipping charges.
International shipping
We do ship internationally. On international orders, we provide a shipping quote after the order is placed a customer service rep will email you with a quote for shipping your order. Due to government regulations, there are some exotic skin boots we can't ship to some countries. You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.
