Refund and Return Policy

PFI Western Store is committed to making sure that you are satisfied with your order! You can exchange or return any merchandise within 60 days of your purchase as long as it has not been worn, altered, product has original tags, a copy of your receipt is enclosed, and there is a brief note explaining why you returned your items.. Reimbursement will be made by the original method of payment. Original and customer return Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. If items are returned after 60 days new items may be considered for exchange or store credit. Purchases made October 1 through December 30 have an extended return period of 90 days from the date purchased.

Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

PFI Saddle Return Policy:

New saddles may be returned for a full credit refund, excluding shipping charges and insurance, within 30 days. We do encourage riding a new saddle for at least 2-4 hours to ensure that it fits the horse and rider. Saddle must be returned in new condition and must be returned with no damage.

PFI is not responsible for any prices listed on any other site other than
