After 46 years as the owner of PFI Western home of BootDaddy, Randy Little has decided to retire and sell PFI to Cavender's Western Outfitters. As of October 2021, PFI entered into an agreement to sell to Cavender's ninety-plus store chain. With these two great family-owned businesses coming together Randy is excited to see PFI continue to grow through the Cavender's organization led by Joe, Mike, and Clay Cavender. “For over 46 years we have been able to grow PFI through the help of a very generous and caring community, and now is the time to retire and let the company continue to grow through the Cavender’s organization. It’s been a great ride and I wouldn’t change a single thing,” Randy stated. Please help us congratulate Randy and his wife Johnelle on their retirement!

Cavender's knows how loyal Larry's Country Diner fans are to PFI and is looking forward to providing them with the same great customer service they have always had. Joe Cavender expressed, "We are looking forward to adding a renowned western store to the Cavender’s chain, which will serve the existing PFI customers, as well as the great tourists that come to the Ozarks."

Another exciting announcement is that PFI and three of Cavender's existing stores will now start offering the BootDaddy hoodie promotion. When you spend $50 in-store at PFI or the Cavender's Witchita, Kansas City, or Omaha locations you will be able to purchase a BootDaddy hoodie for only $12. And as before, when you come into PFI you can ring the bell and get a free BootDaddy BBQ sauce.

The Cavender’s PFI store is located at Highway 65 and Battlefield Rd in Springfield, MO.
